I can't imagine how. Maybe if you were sitting in front of a 1950s style TV set and using that as your monitor you might have some problems. Even still, you'd have to pretty much have your nose against the screen.

If you have a modern flat panel monitor then all you're seeing is photons from the stimulated material (LCD crystals or plasma) which isn't any different than simply looking at anything else you see around you. If you have an older monitor then you *might* be getting hit with a few particles that pass through the tube and make it through the phosphorus on the screen. Certainly not enough to actually harm you in any way.
