The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body. Also shows you how to burn fat as you asked.
I recommend "Sly moves" You can buy it at amazon.com
Definately worth it in my opinion.

cardio, its the only way to go. Aparently grape fruit helps too. Your supposed to drink a glass of it before each meal and it will burn calories in just drinking it. Also green tea. My hubby lost 5kg in two weeks from replacing coffee and normal tea with green tea, and he drinks it the same way as normal tea, with milk and sugar.

running is the best way, it will give you a lean body instead of building hard core muscle

MAKE lime juice and take after meal everyday...you can also use tamarine juice..its a lot in market.take it in morning and before going tobed.do some exercise like,skipping or dance..hmm..u can get lose after thiss..GOOD LUUCK

i don't really think that that is possible. cuz when you run u gain muscle in ur legs and lose it in ur stomach and thighs. when you do crunches, you lose fat in ur stomach while gaining muscle.
