I have been talking to this guy online for 3 weeks Sunday we just recently started talking on the phone. The last time we talked was on Monday on the phone. I sent him an email later on that night becuase he asked to see some of my pics. He knows what I looked like he just wanted more. He even said he was going to email me some of his art work to take a look at it. Then he tells me he wanted to meet up too. It is now Wednesday night I just saw him online on the dating site we met off of. He didnt even email me back or even call me. So, does that mean he blew me off? By the way we are well into our 20's.

He's probably working on several girls on the on-line service, and may have run across a "hot prospect." He may have blown you off, but hey, it was only a three-week investment in a guy you haven't even laid eyes on. Chalk it up to experience and move on.

thats the thing with this online dating or friendships, it gives the other person the liberty to just blow u off just like that, it doesnt matter if it hurts to the other party, most online guys or girls are so used to it that they are already calloused...they dont feel anymore, they dont have any commitment to the friendship, once they get offended or they didnt like how u look like, its easy to just...vanish without saying goodbye, sad but it does happen,....right now im still looking for friends that are just friends...and not anything else

it does sound like he is blowing you off --- have you seen his pic?? you may find he was not telling the truth about his details ---- best wishes
