Yes, eggs have good proteins. Bad cholesterol, though. Although, most doctors these days say you can eat one egg a day as long as you are healthy otherwise.

They both have the same nutritionals, they are both an egg, but i would probably recomend that unless you use very little oil when cooking the omlet, or that may easily contain more fat than a boiled egg if you cook it in alot of butter or oil.

Egg *whites* have great protein, and are healthy without the cholesterol. It is the yolk that has the cholesterol.

You can make an omlette with pure egg white, or the majority egg white if you are worried about how healthy it is.

I once had a doctor/professor tell us that you could get by with pure egg whites and milk for a quick meal.....

Yes very good protein. In fact you could live off of eggs. A monk i used to know ate fried eggs and rice everyday and he's healthier than a horse for his age.

The egg protein is the same. The difference is what you add. If you add milk, well, there will be milk protein in there too, which is also fine. And if you add cooking oil and/or cheese, there will be more fat in the omlette.
