When I was in school we had to run a mile everyday and make it in, in under 6 minutes. I always made it in, in about 10 minutes as well as the rest of my classmates. Unless they were in track or cross country, they made it in in under 6 minutes. So
6 minutes a mile x 7 miles = 42 minutes
8 minutes a mile x 7 miles = 56 minutes
10 minutes a mile x 7 miles = 70 minutes
12 minutes a mile x 7 miles = 84 minutes

So it'll take you [about] 1 hour to jog 7 miles!!

Good luck and I hope I could help!

The average speed of a human over even terrain at a mild run or jog is, usually, about 6 miles/hour I believe. So it'll take a little over an hour to go 7 miles if you're on a casual jog and in no hurry. If you're jogging at a good clip, but not quite running, it'll probably take a little less.

This all depends on how fast you walk or run. Walking a mile takes about 20 to 25 min on how fast or slow you walk. Jogging a mile would take 9 to10min, so if you walked at a slow pace if would be 2hours and 10 give or take. Jogging would take around 1 hour and 10 min give or take on the pace.

Well, it takes me about 12-15 minutes to walk a slow mile.. and after about the 3rd or 4th mile you get a little tired, so after that one, Id say about 2 or 3 more minutes per mile...

so probably

13+13+13+13+15+15+15

so about 97 minutes for me...

How many stops do you propose to make? A relaxed velocity for a rider effortlessly out for aerobic will have to journey approximately 10 miles in keeping with hour, ergo: seventy seven% of that could equate to approximately forty five mins. Add extra for intricate terrain. A strenuous velocity could carry the velocity to approximately 14 mph identical to a bit greater than half-hour. Happy biking!

It depends on how fast. About 84 minutes if you are super super slow?? So over an hour probabely. For a 12 minute mile it would be 84 minutes--> U aren't going to be doing 20 minute miles that would be like crawling I'm pretty sure. 12 minutes is pretty fast though so a little more--> again it depends on how long you are going/howf ast.

If you are walking figure 15 - 20 minutes per mile. Running would be faster, depending on how in shape you are.
