I have a cash card with some value in it and recently the cash card reader is showing error whenever I tried to use this cash card. Appreciate if someone could tell me who and where can I ask for a replacement or refund? Is there a validity period for cash card?

If the cashcard reader displays an error message abt your card, it may mean that your cashcard has expired. You can check its expiry date at NETS website.

You can get refund on the balance plus the deposit of the card through any local bank ATM machine (POSB, DBS, OCBC & UOB). Choose 'other services', 'cashcard', 'refund'. They will refund the money back into the ATM card account.

You can buy a new cashcard at any 7-11 or cheers outlet. It cost S$7, of which, $2 is the deposit and the remaining is the stored value in the card. Validity of each card is 5 years.

The issuer of the card will replace it. There is a fee of course!
