She should be fine in a large kennel with a litter box. Make sure she has space to lay down (preferably with a blanket) that is away from the litter box. Stop every hour or two to offer her fresh clean water.

Do not medicate her if you can avoid it. She should be fine as long as she has a spot to potty and water available. Make sure you give her lots of love when she gets to the final destination, and let her stretch her legs. A new toy (catnip) may also be an option to keep her busy if you have a cage big enough to accomodate.

She replaced into fairly basic to return and forth with. Have a large time. I guess your cat would be no project in any respect. you can go with medication but it is potentially harmful. the other alternative is get a nice sized cage and cover it with a sheet in the back seat with pillows and a little kitty box. Make it a litle more palatable for kitty. I did this moving from atlanta to vegas. It was a three day trip. My cat got used to it and wanted to ride in my lap after a while.

Use an animal crate. Besure it's large enough for your cats. Most cats hate riding in cars unless they started out when they were young.

Get her some cat nip or meds. And bring a cage but let her or him out of it for most of the ride to sit by you or walk around. Because they might get scared in a cage for ever or car sick.
