I like the "elvis", which is a fried peanut butter and banana sandwhich. I pan fry it with butter, its very good. I don't put the bacon on though, gross!
I also like the classic "fluffernutter," which is peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, always on wonder bread +jif creamy. I like it double-decker and call it the "Club Fluffernutter". So those would be my two favorites, its impossible to decide. Yeah, I'm lucky that both of my favorite sandwhiches are increadibly cheap and easy to make.

My favourite sandwich is two slices of medium white bread, topped with tuna, mayonnaise, cucumber and red onion with a bit of pepper.

I start with some whole-grain or multigrain bread.
I butter one side, & put a slice of cheese, havarti or cheddar.
I add 2 or 3 slices of meat, usually assorted cold-cuts.
Then mustard or mayo on the other slice of bread.
Sometimes I add a slice of dill pickle.
