At 43, you can probably work out what you would have to do to get married or similar. However, at 43 you probably aren't willing any more to make all of the compromises that that seems to require.
I feel about this question like I feel like those ones from guys that go "I'm 33 and have never had a girlfriend. What can I do?". I'm sure know what to do, you just are not ready or willing to do it.
Maybe you just need a larger pool of eligible guys to pick from. Take up golf or get involved in boating or skiing or whatever the hell is is that well-off guys do on their time off, and you might find somebody, probably divorced but hopefully without too much baggage, who fits you.
Anyway no harm in trying...

I'm 41, attractive, and still single. I truly believe that I'm too picky for my own good. So, I'm working very hard on changing that. Keeping all my options open, trying new and different ways to meet people, and not dismissing potential partners because of something I think may not work sometime in the future. In my opinion, once you accept the "reason" for any given situation and work on fixing the problem, good things happen. :) Good luck to you!

It time to take the lead!! Im sure that you want to be in a commited relationship and you will have to make the first move. Ask some different guys out and see what become of them. You may find your prince charming!! Im sure that the right guy is just one question away!! Good luck!

Well you could be too picky. You could be afraid of commitment. If you are acting like a 21 year old, that would be unattractive to a guy looking to settle down. You could be high maintenance. Your second toe may be longer than your big toe.
There are lots of possibilities, but I couldn't tell you for sure without going on a date...:-)

Because at out age, the good ones are already where they want to be. We were unfortunate to get one of the good ones. Whats left are the morons that cant get over their past and wont get close to anyone, have drinking problems, or they are just plain weird. So if you can lower yourself to deal with that, then you should get lucky.

Maybe you're too picky. Actually, that's always the reason someone is single who doesn't want to be. You think you're hot, but maybe you're not as hot as you think. You're not getting any younger, or hotter, so I'd start thinking about re-assessing my situation.

Get off of the computer and go do stuff that might have other people around. Then talk to them.

Ask a friend to introuduce you to some of their single male friends, or try an online dating website. It works for some people.

I don't think those 3 adjectives can fit together in the same sentence. Maybe your standards are too high, and you shoot down any (and every) guy interested.
