Well, I have to say that for me it has to be maturity. Guys can be good looking, have money, be smart, but if they are not mature and have respect for others and themselves then it is not a match in heaven. I don't understand if your beautiful and let's face it being beautiful these days gets you further than being smart or rich ...but...if your beautiful and have that much going for you then why not up your standards and add smart and maturity, and manners to it so you can be as perfect as possible or as well rounded as you can be. Looks only last so long I'd rather the thoughts, feelings, and respect for the long run.

I wouldn't say one thing specifically, it is a combination of many things. But, I guess the initial attraction with the guy. Personality: sense of humor, honesty, loyalty, kindness, sensitivity..etc
and then looks. although, everyone notices the appearances first. the personality is what is most important.

I would hardly say there is ONE key thing a girl looks for in a guy, I would say there are at least a handful of extremely important ones such as: personality, sincerity, responsibility...etc etc...

It depends on the girl and the age. As we women get older we look for more substantial traits like career, kindness, intelligence, etc...
When women are younger, alot of times they look for good looks,money and how much fun they are.

I look for:
-personality
-well grommed
-looks
-smartness, (i dont want to hang out with a drop-out)
-is nice to girls
That pretty much sums it up, if you have those qualities, you can pretty much expect to get a girl

there isn't one thing really.
true personality, intelligence, charm, aspirations, nice, good sense of humor. it really depends on the girl but those are the basics.

personality plays a big role and respect.you can have the looks but that doesnt ,matter it what you do and how you do it.

depends for me its lots of things. cant be a jerk, looks are part of it, sense of humor, etc
