It's a great excuse to get close to your sweetie - and the light show can be quite amazing (depending on your view).

I live on the 7th floor, with a wide-open view facing the east - while she also lives on the 7th (different building across town). Her place is right on the lakefront - so the view is spectacular :):)

From a guy's perspective, it depends. If my little lady is scared of it, she'll turn into a snugly wuggly and that is romantic. If the flashing and crashing releases her inner dark side like a werewolf under a full moon and she turns into the Bride of Frankenstein...that would be scary.

Romantic. The right situation with the right person in this kind of weather can make for some sweet lasting memories..

It's both. If your cuddled up together with that special someone under candle light then, it's romantic. Although if your in unfamiliar terrain lost then, it's scary. It depends.

If I'm alone, it's scary. If I'm with my boyfriend it's definitely romantic.

Well, if you're alone, I would certainly hope there is nothing romantic about that...if you are with the one you love, though, it's very romantic.
