typically a healthy heart will beat somewhere between 45-60. but have a pulse a 100 just means you need to do more cardio work. after a while you'll see that your heart wont beat as much and that because your heart is strong enough to push your blood futher through your circulatory system and therefore doesn't need to pump as many times.

its a little high
but for an accurate resting heart rate u have to take it when u just wake up- before getting out of bed
and u have to take it for the full minute
it can be easily decreased with some light activity or exercise

You either have the flu(or another infection), or you could be too skinny for your own good. It could be, if you build up some mass, not only your conditioning improves, but it could also be, the extra mass, gives you a more solid base, keeping your heart-rate in-check.

It should be around 60 or seventy.
Stop drinking caffeine!

A resting heart rate that high is putting a lot of pressure on your heart, and it might just run out of oomph and stop.
Please see a doctor.

It's a little bit high, I think. Not terribly high. Try giving up coffee, chocolate, soda that has caffeine in it and see if there is any difference..

Of course, as with anything, if it worries or upsets you, go in and see your doctor.

Everyone has a different heart rate. Mine is very slow--I think this is good. Yours is very high. I would get it checked if mine was that high.
