Walking! Anyone can do it and you can do it anywhere. Just start out slowly, and go for as long as you can, (if you really want results, you'll have to go for at least 30-40min) As you build up, you can start doing slow jogs every 5 or so minutes. Alternate, between walking and jogging, which helps burn calories because you are constantly raising then lowering your heart rate. Also, climb stairs whenever you can. Take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator, or just run up and down the stairs in your house a couple of times a day. Keep up the diet, and DON'T give in to cravings after you exercise! BUt don't forget to spoil yourself a little bit- if you totally deprive yourself of every food you love, it will be sooo much harder to keep up the healthy eating.
Another good way to get your heart rate up- dance! Get some friends around and dance until you are red in the face, and alternate your moves so you can get an all over muscle work out too!
Hope this helps, don't give up!

Drink lots of water!!! But...If you are like me then you definitely hate the taste of water (if there is a style) So i recommend buying things so as to add to it like Crystal gentle, sugar free kool-support, flavored waters, tea, and so forth. Write down the whole lot you eat all day. Severely, do this. You perhaps greatly surprised. I do know quite a lot of folks do mindless eating and that is additionally a good way to preserve monitor of what forms of meals you are eating, how many calories you're taking in and all that. It is a bit of a soreness, nevertheless it's valued at it. And last however not least, transfer! Get moving. Do some thing. The stroll advice used to be good. Running is a type of cardio and it helps burn fats. Going for walks is understated, easy and someone can do it. Once you begin to pastime most commonly, you'll be able to get more motivation and be equipped to move on to different things. Don't be discouraged. You are no longer that a ways away from your goal. You might have months to do that, so take talents of the time. Rather work for it and you will get outcome. Do not stop on yourself. All the quality to you and just right luck!! :)

You know, one of my friends is a cheerleader. I asked him (yes, he's a guy) what I could do to get rid of my inch (I can pinch an inch or two). I told him I don't like running, because it's boring and I don't like the wear on my joints. He suggested that I try jumping rope. I have trouble finding a good place to do it, but it certainly seems strenuous enough.
Also, don't starve yourself because it's going to be counterproductive. Take the body weight you want to be at, in pounds, and multiply that by 15 to get the number of calories you should eat to MAINTAIN that body weight. Then subtract about 300 from that, and that will be a good amount to eat to lose weight. Exercise too, by the way. And take your time. You're only supposed to lose about a pound or two per week.
Good night!
