Unfortunately, one of your color wheels is fried due to overheating and possibly due to improper shutting down of the projector. In the future, turn off the lamp while leaving on the main fan for at least 20 minutes. Then shut off the whole unit by the main power switch. The 20-minute cool down is not only for the lamp but also for allowing the color wheel to resettle in its frame holder.

Good luck!

If you are using a component video input, it could be something as basic as a loose connection with the red wire. If the connection is secure, the wire inside might be damaged. Check for kinks, cuts, inconsistencies in the wiring. The bulb would not cause color issues, it would just blow, leaving you with no picture at all. The other option is an issue with the DLP color wheel. That would require a professional service technician; I have no idea what might cause the color wheel to malfunction. Best bet is to check the cable and maybe replace it; if that doesn't work, sorry. Check the blue cable, too, just to be sure.

Hi. Have you engaged the Tint button at all.A reduction of tint makes skin tones purplish. If you increase the tint ,skin tones become greenish .Tint will only work with the NTSC Video system.See if this works .
