Woah - I thought I was the ONLY other guy in the world to do this ;););)
The easy answer is because you're a sucker! (and yes - it DOES take one to know one...)
At some time in the distant past, you made the mistake of replacing the roll when someone else finished because YOU WANTED TO DO SOMETHING NICE. Unfortunately, that little detail has been forgotten, and you're now EXPECTED to do this EVERY time!
Nothing pisses me off more than people who get mad at me just because I stopped doing one of the many little things that I CHOOSE to do for people...
In your case, just try NOT doing it a few times - hopefully you are luckier than I am, and you might be able to get away with it. Good luck - you're going to need it! ;););)

That's surprising! I didn't know men knew how to do that!! Your swimming in a pool of estrogen, and know one else is trained to do the job. I'm the one in my house who does that. Just lucky I guess:-)
You could always install a second roller, then sign the toilet paper each time you tear a sheet off. Instruct the family to leave your roll along:-)

I think you should start leaving the toilet seat up everytime you have to change that roll.
But, since you want to stay married, make your kids do it regardless if they used the last strip or not. It should be part of the bathroom cleaning duties.

Ummmmm, my husband thinks the same thing. Maybe you should put up a piece of paper and pen for everyone to sign their initials each time they replace it so that you have an accurate accounting.

Don't change it next time, and don't say anything. Wait to see what happens. Also, keep your own roll hidden some place for when you need it.

Because they are trying to assert their feminine power.
I like the question about what other chores do you do? Maybe asking to swap chores?
Or they could be distracted by all this Paris Hilton stuff....
LOL!

Don't do it. Keep your own roll. They'll soon get the hint.

The 3 gals are just too lazy. You taught them to be that way. To re-teach them to do it,............ you don't do it.
