Hi,
You should be able to buy this ( celery root) in any Grocery that has a Large and well stocked Produce Section.

Otherwies if you have a Jungle Jim's or Trader Joe's, then try there.
Or any Fancy Grocery that is well known for their carrying of different and unusual items.

This makes some Terrific Salads, but it has to be cooked first.
I have seen it done with Beets, and also with Red Pears with some hard grated cheese on top.
Fantastic.

When I lived in So. Cal I could find it at most major chains. Celariac is also called celery root. I see it here in Ok. at Wal Mart sometimes.

Pavillions.

Here's my two cents:

Celeriac has a very subtle celery flavor, and it is bulkier than a potatoe to cut. You can save yourself some time and use celery and potatoes (flavor and texture).
