i just got sun poisoning on monday n its all over my cheaks on my face and i need some info on it like wut do i do to clear it up n how long does it last

You might want to see a doctor if you don't feel better.
Generally, you should drink lots of water, get lots of rest and apply aloe to the burned areas of your skin.
Hope you feel better soon. I've been sick from too much sun before and it's not fun.

Sun burn...if that's what you mean...a week or so for 1st degree. 2nd degree sun burn will take weeks/months, and if you were unlucky enough for 3rd degree sunburn...you need medical intervention, as the skin is dead - and I'm not talking about the surface skin.
If you mean actual heat stroke...follow the medical instructions you were given, and you should be fine in a week to ten days. Keep well hydrated, and limit your sun exposure for a couple of weeks or so. That means no beaches, outdoor pools, etc.

GO TO THE DOCTORS...
one of my family member's had sun poisoning, and it it weren't for the doc he'd look like a freak today. For 3 weeks he looked like a mutant from mars.. You'll probably swell up like a bananna, so you should go to the dr immediately and get treatment.. don't apply ANYTHING except what they tell you to your face, otherwise you could end up scarred.
