There is a hipbone in there, and that is hard to reduce. I would suggest tough Pilates exercises for long and lean muscles. It will make you look better than dieting can ever accomplish.

5-8 135lbs---36 inch hips

I know I'm old but that used to be a gorgeous woman.

After all you have been through to get this beautiful and this particular weight et al,
why O' why are you trying to break the envelope.

You have a package that I would have loved to meet when I was a young man.

And the guy or guys staring now, are only the beginning. In a few more years the line will go around the corner.

Sounds like you are already looking pretty good. But if you want to lose weight and inches I would start running. 3 miles a day, four days a week or every other day. Just make sure you stretch properly.

That is just so unecessary....36 inches is perfect. And you'll end up borderline underweight because you'd need to lose about 12lb-15lb to lose 2 inches. If you have any sense, you'll stay as you are.

try the lemonade diet beyonce used it and lost 70 pounds in 3 months and i know someone personally that lost an average of 3 pounds a day

36 inches is quite good and sexy, if you ask me. But by reducing your food intake, going for more fruits and vegetables, exercises and drinking more water, especially before food can reduce your hip size.

What's wrong with 36? That sounds perfect to me. How skinny do you want to be? Geez, you're 5'8". You need some hips for sexy curves. Don't worry about it.

Get two very strong wrestlers and get them to keep on pushing your bones, it is gonna hurt alot but at least you'll get thiner(don't blame me if your hip cracks from using my suggestion).

ride a stationary bike, that is what I do. I seem to have lost a lot. I walk, not just any kind of walk, but I walk to lose. LOL
