Alright, don't panic, honey. Help is on the way!
First of all, get a nice trim, just once centimetre. This will cure split ends and should definitely make knots disappear. If you don't want to get a trim, buy a a comb which is as wide toothed as possible, this is easier to comb hair with. Comb your hair in the morning and night, and a couple of times during the day. Don't tug. If your hair is long enough, plait it whenever possible-it keep your hair de-knotted.
As for shampoo, try schwarzkopf anti-frizz shampoo. It comes in a silver bottle with an orange lid, the smell is great. Shampoo twice, without rubbing your hair all over your head-rubbing your hair all over your head will cause knots. Don't apply shampoo to the ends of your hair, that causes split ends. Leave your conditioner in for sleek hair. If you're hair is still frizzy, apply some anti-frizz serum. Always comb your hair before you step into the shower.
To maintain your thick hair, make sure you don't flatten it with straighteners and harsh hair products. Increase your shine by finishing your hair wash with a blast of icy cold water-increases shine and closes the hair cuticles. If your hair every gets out of control, don't keep brushing/combing it-apply a tiny amount of olive oil with some water and comb it through evenly. It will make hair straight, sleek, shiny and manageable.
To get your hair to grow, just make sure your diet is loaded up with everything you need-eggs, fruits, veggies, nuts, and heaps of calcium.
Best of luck!

Good enough so i recommend you are attempting two or three matters... First things first try PANTENE pro-V FRIZZ manage... This in most cases works to hold the firzz out nonetheless the could also be another story if thats simply part of how your hair grows... One other thing which you could are attempting is getting your hair chemically straightened it will dominantly make your hair extra managable however in case you do that you mustn't wash your hair as a lot mabey like once every week (friday)... After chemically straightening your hair if you think your hair remains to be too thick... Go to a hairdresser and ask if that you can get a thinner cut or so... However while you get your hair chemically straightened im definite that you are going to find even though thick it will consider healthy and the thickness of it's effortlessly quantity as an alternative than napps and it is going to be so much simpler to manipulate... When you get your hair chemically straightened you must not dye it for approximately 2 weeks if in case you have anny plans to do so... Washing isn't very nessecary for a week and the chemical substances often stay in your hair for about 2 months (maxish)... So if you happen to dont like the chemically straightend look and your hair is developing out you wont have to contact it up comfortably preserve making use of the pantene and discover a cute coiffure that iwll work for the hair due to the fact that it is going to be nappy on the root...(in my opinion i'm going for a scene appear when my hair gets nappy at the root) and go... Then after a month or two you'll discover if there's a way to get the relaxer eliminated out of your hair... Idk i hear there is a means to do so however im now not certain how that works...

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Wow...amazing. Naturally, without products, I have the exact same problem as you! This is what I do to get rid of it:
Use a leave-in conditioner that helps control frizz, and use John Frieda Frizz-Ease products. Use Paul Mitchell "The Detangler" shampoo and conditioner. Buy the big bottles from a salon, it's a bit pricey, but completely worth it. Also, get layers if you don't have some already and ask for your stylist to thin out your hair. It helps tremendously! Your hair still stays thick, but is much easier to manage. Your hair will grow back by September, but in the meantime, get your hair cut to the length of the shorter part so it will be even and not look awkward. (It will be the same length in late August/early September as it is now.)
Use a 2" straightener, you can get one at Target for 20 bucks. But remember to buy a serum that helps prevent heat damage to your hair. Section your hair to help get the job done faster, it's next-to-impossible to straighten thick hair if you don't.
Good luck! =]]

okay grow no.. but straighten yes. omg i had the exact same problem as oyu and i have a solution but it is costly. i dont no if you are willing to spend much but to be honest creams an shampoos really do NOTHING for really thick hair and straightening it all the time really(!) damages it, but there is something called yuko japanese hair straightening wich makes your hair permanently straight even wen it touches water.. it makes my life SO much easier i couldnt live without it. if not, make sure you spray on heat seal before putting any heat to your hair and use ceramic hair straighteners not metal ones. also use a de-frizzer application if you blow dry but wait until your hair is half dry already before you blow dry so you dont dry it out. this is all from experience i know how you feel and frizzy hair can rule your life. there are solutions good luck! <3

First get a thinning shears.... you cut into the hair and it removes a lot of the bulkiness... then get "Zero Frizz" of Frizz Ease serum... after shampooing apply one pump onto damp hair and comb it through... use a round brush and some tension and blow dry til completely dry... go over sections with a straightening iron and if needed apply a little Suave smoothing creme... once the summer humidity is gone you can have straight hair.... good luck

By the time the end of year dance rolled around my hair was fine and i wore it down for the first time to my new school. I hope you have better luck than i did.

If you get a straight perm, your hair wont be frizzy anymore. It won't be completely straight, but the frizz will be gone. If you use a straightener right after you blow dry your hair, it should be silky and soft.
goood luck!
