Okay don't sweat! Get onto Google.com and in the search bar type bmi calculator! Answer the two questions and see if you are underweight, normal, or overweight(i serioulsy doubt you are over...lol). After that you may need to talk to a doctor if you're underweight. I'm no doctor so i'm am not diagnoising anybody but track some of your "concerns" and see if they are normal. As for gaining weight~go to starbucks(their drinks are fattening! I hope i was some help! Thanks for being my first question to answer and good luck!!!

have you tried ensure. Ensure is a drink that comes in 3 flavors. Chocolate, vanilla and strawvery. The thing is that one can of ensure is a complete meal. So, if you eat your regular meal lets say lunch but for a drink you drink a can of ensure is like having two meals in one. More calories means more weight gain.
If you think you are seriously underweight then you should go see a doctor. There might be other problems that might be hurting you be at your ideal weight. Being under weight is as bad as being overweight.

Eat lots of carbohydrates, but try not to eat refined carbohydrates or lots of sugar.
Once you're about 5 pounds away from the weight you want start weaning back into your normal diet.
Also, skip breakfast. It'll keep your metabolism low.
