You need to read the labels for nutrition. What ever you do do not drop below 1200 calories a day. When you do your body thinks it is starving and starts to store the fat and burn the muscle. Very bad.

Try walking at least 20 minutes at least three times a week unless you can do more. Alternate every other day with aerobic and weights. You can eat the Lean Cuisine for up to two meals a day if you supplement with salads, fresh fruits and veggies. Try to avoid the high sodium meals, the fat is not a huge concern, they are usually moderate in the amount if cutting all fat out does not allow your body to absorb the vitamins and nutrients it needs. Fat is necessary for the vitamin absorption as well as taste. What you do need to pay close attention to if fiber. Try to find the meals with at least 3 grams of fiber. Don't even bother with any with zero. Two if okay but if you can get 3 you will be doing your self and your weight a favor. Good luck.

I wouldn't eat lean cuisine or any packaged meals 3x per day. Check the sodium level. (daily amount should be less that 2000mg) You'll have a stroke in a week. Make a meal with fresh salad, & grilled chicken.

Nooo. Those lean cuisines are not all that they are cracked up to be. I was eating a whole bunch of those & I looked at the nutrition label.. they are FILLED with sodium & have fat. Instead of eating them for ALL 3 meals, I'd say maybe 1 a day at the most. Try eating salads, or fruit. & Most importantly EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE! goodluck:)

Check the calorie content on the lean cuisines. If they total more then 1,000 calories for all three then eat them and I would exercise. Otherwise you won't lose much weight.
