Pretend your someone else and ask him by email if he still likes you. If he doesn't like you then forget about him because he's then over you, so you should move on.

It is so hard to get past this. I've been in your shoes and it wasn't very pleasant. People told me to go out and do things, find distractions things like that. It worked sometimes but in the end it was time that took care of it. I worked on "me" while I waited. Went back to school, found some great friends, lost some weight and began to take care of myself. The other stuff just fell into place. Best wishes!

Just keep pushing him out of your head. Eventually, you will stop thinking about him. It takes time. If he treated you bad, or lied to you or deceived you, then, keep thinking about that over and over. Be honest with yourself on the type of man he was. Don't think of the fantasy, think of the reality...Too many people stay stuck when they think of what could have been instead of focusing on "what it was". There are millions of people in this world. Millions of wonderful men and I'm sure eventually one of these wonderful guys will enter your life.
Keep positive thoughts, and positive energy will flow around you. I'm a firm believer in this. Good luck.

Go on a vacation with family and friends because thats what I had to do. I went to Austin, Texas with family and then I vacationed at their house again in Crowley for like a week and My ex, Brian, couldn't call me or see me and I was free of him. Surprisingly! Ya know since I had other things on my mind and I hadn't seen them in awhile.

It takes time. When I was getting over a guy, what really helped is just to keep myself busy. Find a hobby that you like, go excercising, hang out with friends, read a book, etc. Over time you'll find you're thinking of him less and less.

it takes determination and time in order to get over your past. let time take it, dont pressure yourself by getting rid of him. it is not wrong to wonder if he still likes you or not, but things just happen the way it should be. just try to distract yourself to friends or doing some activities, if your ready, you'll know it by heart. that time, im sure you have already give up your hopes for that guy.

Keep reminding yourself of all the things you disliked about him. If you broke up with him, remind yourself that you dumped him for a reason. Write the reasons on a piece of paper and carry it with you at all times. Take it out and look at it everytime you find yourself thinking of him. Then focus your attention on other boys. Good luck.

It really is hard to keep your mind off of someone you love so just talk to him as a friend and see how that works out and if you guys are friends telling him would make it better and make you feel relieved.

I know whatcha mean. I've been doing the same thing. And mine is married now.
I think you are missing a proper male figure in your life. I wouldn't say you were still in love with him.
