Why don't you just wait till they are out of the facility?

After he gets out, you both will need to have some time to get settled back together with him being gone (how long is he in?).

I'd really just wait until he gets out to get married. If you love him and will be with him "forever", then waiting a little longer till he is out is nothing!

LOL--great way to start a marriage by having your hubby in jail, oh that just screams marriage material to me.
