Yes I do know that, and for several years now, God has been showing me just what that plan is for me. And He is giving me strength to do it too, to have victory over sin in all areas of my life, that comes from obedience to Him The more I turn to Jesus and am willing to obey all I know, and to seek for more truth, the more God is blessing me. This theme is all thru the Bible and there is no other way to do Gods plan. Blessings comes from obedience, and disobedience leads to curse.
that never changes, and sin still leads to death.
Ask God to show You your calling today. I dont mean you who write, as you obvious you do know that already. I am meaning that others who read this that dont know yet. Ask Him and He will show you. Seek and ye shall find and all will be added unto You. Its worth all you have to give it.

Yes I know He does. Unlike others I don't sit around waiting for His plans to be revealed. I do what I have to do and if God wants me to do them then it was obviously part of His plan otherwise I wouldn't be doing it. People often wonder what God has in store for them. Instead of wondering about it, why not pray about it and let God reveal His plans for you?!? God Bless!

I am a just person who regards people with respect outside of their shallow merits and physical appearance, and let their choices decide from there.

I am one of few with this talent, and that is more than most people achieve, whether one prays or not. Does sending out my energy to try to make the world a better place and continuing to wish for the preserved providence of humanity count?

and I havent been to church in 14 years, hope that's not a problem.

Silly person. That book is just a collection of stories and tales. Legends, fables and myths. Sure, some of it may have been based on historical people, but like the Epic of Gilgamesh -- and other Hero's Epics -- is an exaggerated version of details that happened.

This god you speak of...clearly his 'plan' for Prophet John ain't to teach him brevity. John, a tip: after a graf or two, most folks around here, both believers and the sane, stop reading.

(P.J., I didn't kill your post--that's not my style.)

2Kings 2:23-24 [NIV]
"Elisha left Jericho to go to Bethel and on the way some boys came out of a town and made fun of him. "Get out of here, Baldy!" they shouted. Elisha turned around, glared at them, and cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys to pieces."

Numbers 16:22-34
22 But Moses and Aaron fell facedown and cried out, "O God, God of the spirits of all mankind, will you be angry with the entire assembly when only one man sins?"

23 Then the LORD said to Moses, 24 "Say to the assembly, 'Move away from the tents of Korah, Dathan and Abiram.' "

25 Moses got up and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. 26 He warned the assembly, "Move back from the tents of these wicked men! Do not touch anything belonging to them, or you will be swept away because of all their sins." 27 So they moved away from the tents of Korah, Dathan and Abiram. Dathan and Abiram had come out and were standing with their wives, children and little ones at the entrances to their tents.

28 Then Moses said, "This is how you will know that the LORD has sent me to do all these things and that it was not my idea: 29 If these men die a natural death and experience only what usually happens to men, then the LORD has not sent me. 30 But if the LORD brings about something totally new, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them, with everything that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the grave, [c] then you will know that these men have treated the LORD with contempt."

31 As soon as he finished saying all this, the ground under them split apart 32 and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them, with their households and all Korah's men and all their possessions. 33 They went down alive into the grave, with everything they owned; the earth closed over them, and they perished and were gone from the community. 34 At their cries, all the Israelites around them fled, shouting, "The earth is going to swallow us too!"

No, thanks.

Yes I do know that.

He and I made the plan for my life before I came here. As did your soul as well.

They usually die within a few weeks or months. If that is his idea of love, I'd hate to see him angry.
