My BF is about 5'10 and the doctor told him that a good weight for his size is 190. It also depends on your body type as well, not just your height.

Yes.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

No, I am a male, 5'11 and a bit over 200. I am in no way overweight. I guess it depends though. Nobody has even hinted that I am overweight. I am a bit loose in some areas but nowhere near fat. I think once you go over 220, then you may be pushing it, unless that is all muscle, which I doubt it is or you wouldn't be asking. Or, when you get man-boobs then it is time to diet lol :)

High. You MUST know this. A guy who is that height should weigh 150-160 pounds. A girl that height should weigh 145-155 pounds. Unless either is very muscular. Even then, that would only add about 10 pounds to their weight.

Here is the chart:

A healthy weight for somebody your height should range between 137 - 194 pounds.(assuming your a male)You may not be overweight just yet, but you are at risk of becoming overweight. I would suggest keeping a healthy diet and exercising regularly. ^_^

Kind of high. But eating better and some exercise can help. But I don't know your muscle mass... and muscle weighs more than fat. There's a lot of things to take into account. If you want to get to a healthier weight... eating right and exercise will do wonders. ^_^
