Would a movie like this really glorify God?

Do you realize if you watch a movie in the theater or at home you pay money to watch it? Some if you are watching a movie that uses Gods name as a cuss word in the theater or at home you are paying to watch people curse God.

I know movies have a lot of words that are bad . Do the words glorify God or would God condone you watching those movies that have that kind of language ?

You know I can't stand it when I am watching a movie and I hear that! It automatically offends my spirit and it is so disappointing that so many movies use it, even movies that would be pretty much cuss word free use that one. Not that I want to hear any of it but that one is the worst!
No Glory to God in a movie that uses His name in vain...
People don't even know what they are saying, don't even care...by saying that in the emotion that it is usually said in is a situation that you wouldn't want God to damn. Just makes no sense to me at all.

No, I don't think that it's wrong to watch the movie. You can't separate yourself from society in such a way that you never hear people take the Lord's name in vain. It would be wrong to be changed by the movie in such a way as to take His name in vain. Would the movie glorify God? Which movie does? What book besides the Bible glorifies God? What music besides church music glorifies God? We are to be the salt of the earth, but you can't be the salt if you remove yourself from it 100%.

You sound like me. I have been saying this for years and years, as most ppl mock me, just like they mocked Jesus. No, its not ok to swear and take the Lord's name in vain, nor is it ok to watch and listen as others dao it. You are correct, you are paying someone to curse God. Same with watching others have sex, or do drugs, all of it. All of those things are things of the devil, not of God, and you are actually paying others to mock God in open rebellion. I dont care if I am the only one on earth that adheres to this principal, I sitll will. Its very wrong, and GOD will deal with everyone that sins . Sin still leads to death, Disobedience leads to curse, and obedience leads to blessings and more revelation from GOD.
Jesus is coming soon, and He has given me many visions about this time. That we must be fully His or we arent His at all. Lets clean up our act. The devil has so numbed our seneses with all his stuff, that there is little shock value to anything anymore, even to many that say that they care Christians. No more that is taboo. WEll, God doesnt change, and what was wrong way back when is still wrong today God is calling His ppl to purity, holiness and righetous living. We can only do that if we stay in close communion with God and obey. Thats how we stay in Gods protective care.
The only things that glorify God are the things that testify of Him, of His goodness, mercy....... To have anything to do with the things not of God, is of the devil.
In these last days, God shows that we will either become more like Jesus unto perfection, or more like the defil unto ruin. Which way will you all CHOSE to go?? More into Holiness with Jesus Christ and on to Heaven, OR more like the devil and on to Hell? All CHOICE> CHOOSE SOON AND CHOOSE WISELY ALL OF YOU> God forbid that any be lost, as GOd loves us all.

Hollywood never sympathizes on our beloved God. It's a marketplace of crooks, pimps and harlots, glittering in the colourful screens.

very few if any movies coming out of hollywood glorify God ... most of them glorify sex money and violence ...

Not the best idea.. guard your heart (Proverbs) it depends on how you do that. I don't think it brings God glory....
