The person who does this is seriously distracted, either by an unfulfilled relationship or an unhealthy sexual fixation. If you really WANT to focus on the mass, but find your mind wandering, then you need to discover the source of the distracting thoughts, and deal with them.
Sex is not an unholy thing. Between a husband and wife, it is the most normal, holy expression of love they can show each other.

If you got turned on that is normal and a bodily function,
however, you must turn away from the source that prompted it. And look no further, and pray for that other person.
Ask God to grant you prayer from the Holy Spirit, and focus your thoughts on God. Say this prayer to yourself and ask God's forgiveness.

No, especially since the priest is thinking about sex every time he sees a little boy. So, if you are an adult thinking about sex with another (consenting) adult, why would it be wrong?
