Do you check and see if someone left you a comment? I like to leave comments sometimes but then I think no one ever reads them. Just curious. Mmm

Sometimes I go back to see who got the best answer especially if the questions really caught my attention. The only comments I leave are usually to thank someone for giving me best answer, but not always. Yes, I do check on some and have received comments from you. I do read your comments.

I never go back to a question once I have answered it and read everyone elses answers, unless it is to respond to an answer from someone else. I do stay long enough to read the other answers and then refresh to see how many thumbs down I have received. I wear thumbs down like a badge, I have struck someones sensibilities when I get a thumbs down.
If I get 'Best Answer' I always go back and reread what I had written and see if the asker had any comments.
It is amazing how many of the 'Best Answer' are not selected by the questioner, but by the answerers.

I have never answered a question and thought there was a way for anyone to leave a comment unless you get picked as best answer. Not quite sure how this systems works yet. Do you mean clicking on thumbs up?

Unless someone picks mine as the best answer or someone asks a question about something later, I rarely go back and look again at a question once I've answered it.
When I do look again, then sometimes I'll add a comment but not very often.

Very rarely do I leave a comment. Occasionally an answer that was just flat out incorrect is selected as best and sometimes I will then comment.

I very rarely go back as I like to answer and am not interested enough to see who got best comment if it wasn't me. It's not something I look for.
I hardly ever leave anything in the comments section and if someone addresses something in additional comments to me I rarely ever see it.

Yes, I do. I check back on questions I've answered regularly. I also sometimes leave comments, whether I got BA or not.

Actually no. I do not.
When I check my mail & have a notice that my answer is chosen I do, because sometimes the OP leaves a message & I respond then.
But otherwise, not unless a poster sends me an email in reference to my response to a post. I always check back to my response to a post to make sure they and I are on the same page.
