You need to take it out and examine yourself. When you inspect your ween you need to ask yourself two questions:
1) Do I see any swelling, redness or open sores?
2) Should I have used a condom when I did that smelly, scab covered ho last week?
Yes. Go see a doctor!

This burning sensation you're encountering could have a number of causes. It could either be a Urinary Tract Infection or a Sexually Transmitted Infection. However, since UTIs are more prominent in females than males due to a shorter urethra in women, the chance is that you may have a STI such as chlamydia. http://www.cdc.gov/std/Chlamydia/STDFact-Chlamydia.htm#symptoms
My suggestion would be to go to your local clinic and get tested. The cure for a UTI could be as easy as going to your local pharmacy and purchasing cranberry tablets. If it's an STI, like chlamydia, then your doctor can prescribe you some antibiotics. If you test positive for an STI, my suggestion would be to find anyone you've recently been sexually active with and inform them that they, too, should get tested. Until then, I would avoid having any intimate contact with anyone else.

Go to your doctor as stated above to rule out a UTI or an STD. If left untreated it ( a UTI ) could lead into Pyleonephritis (kidney infection) and trust me, the pain will be far worse than you are currently experiencing and way more expensive to treat. Do yourself a huge favor and catch it early..

Definetely go to the doctor. This could be a sign of a kidney infection or even an STD. At any rate I would get checked out ASAP.

2. A bladder infection
Try drinking a lot of water. If it still hurts then go to the doctor.
