I'm in training to be a Yahoo athiest. You know who we are, we posts questions about God or scripture but really just use that as a forum to state our predetermined opinions.

If I get enough people to post a message agreeing with me then I'll be promoted to full fledged Yahoo Atheist and I can feel really good about myself and my choice to be an atheist. If nobody supports me I might start to question my decision and then who knows, maybe I'll get religious or something.

LOL! Are you really that abjectly ridiculous, love? This is NOT a forum for Christians only, it is open to anyone who has something to say about religion and spirituality.

And what the heck does "predetermined opinions" mean? Sorry, honey, but if ANYONE here has predetermined opinions it is you. After all, you follow the rules of antiquity from a book so outdated it should no longer be allowed in bookstores except in the Fiction section. You find me one atheist who "got religion" (sounds an awful lot like a disease, doesn't it?) because no one supported his stance. Most of the atheists I know were formerly Christians. When they absconded from the church they were treated like pariahs. One of my closest friends here was whipped in school nearly every day for saying she didn't believe in the nonsense one bit.

Your insults may have served the purpose of actually igniting the egos of others as you so desired had they not been so ridiculously juvenile and humorous. Try again tomorrow.

God Bless you, buddy. I hope your life on earth is fun because you are not going to have fun burning in hell. Besides, why do you need people contacting you to give you their support to become involved in a certain religion?

Are those tears? Getting frustrated? You can blame those who are pushing your religion onto others without solicitation. You're probably one of them. Now crying because atheists push back. Poor little hypocrite.

Atheism is easy and requires no training. It's what you're left with when you've looked at all the other options and discarded the ones that are nonsense.

My dad has taught us kids that "love" is inclusive; not exclusive. - I don't know what that means for sure. But if I can't have my Aunt "Methrice", and my other grown-up friends, I don't want to be on this chat group.

I like answering those kind of questions so I agree with you. They are much more entertaining and expressive than answering stupid questions about romance. It's what makes this website better. And they're better questions to show off your brain. Go for it.

Atheists don't need validation. Sounds like you have low self esteem.

Being an Atheist takes more than getting support from others.
