Easy and great. Take a slab of ribs, baby back or spare, par boil in salt water with a cup of vinegar. About 75 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with seasoning of your choice, or coat with bbq sauce mixed with molasses, brown sugar and a touch of hot sauce. Place on a hot grill (indirectly--not over the coals or burner, but on the side without heat) cover and let the ribs caramelize! Brush or mop on sauce as you cook or near the end. Bring them in and wow your friends and family. And IT IS EASY. If you prep the night before they cook faster than chicken on the grill the next day. Sounds like lots of work but it is NOT. Boil before, slather, next day, grill indirectly, eat, collect the kudos!!! Hope you enjoy. We all did today!!!

Take fresh corn on the cob and pull back the husks (don't remove). Remove all the silk. Replace husks and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Place on grill and cook for 15 minutes. Remove husks and slather with butter, salt, pepper and parmesean cheese.
Enjoy!

McCormick has a great line of spices to add to grilled meats. The line of spices is called "Grill Mates" On steak I love, "Montreal Steak". It gives the steak a bold taste while locking in the moisture. For chicken I love, "Montreal Chicken". It does the same thing for chicken. A good mixture of spices for fish is Emerill's "Original Essence". Gives that fish a real kick and takes away the "fishiness" of it. For all of these spices, you simply rub them on the outside right before you throw them on the grill. MM Yum!
