1) If you found out that Christianity could not be proved in any way, would that be fine with you?

2) If it is fine with you... then what keeps you from having faith in another religion, besides the fact that you didn't grow up with it?

3) And finally, if you said "no it wouldn't be fine"... to the first question, then don't you feel bad for the atheists who have spent much time deliberating, and honestly conclude that Christianity has nothing more to prove or offer than the hundreds of other religions out there? (Including the hundreds of shades of Christianity)

well, i dont' follow a religion. i practice teachings from my culture. if i couldn't prove it, it would rely on my faith. i would not fall into having concrete evidence. because when it comes down to it, no matter if it could be proven or not, what matters most, is my own belief system. but, if you want info on my own belief, you have to ask me yourself. i do like talking about my belief, others, learning different cultures then my own. anyways. next

First, the word you looking for is "faith", i'm the kind of person who doesn't believe in any church, but i believe there is a god up there and his comandments which is all you need. second, a religion is nothing more than a way of saying i believe in god and i belong to this group for some reason. and last but not least, you won't find god in church or anywhere else unless you really want to, we have our eyes open but we don't see, if you really have the desire to find out if there is a god, don't look in buildings or expect something to happen when you're in trouble, but go to quite places, alone, and don't be an idiot asking yourself "what am i doing here", see the difference between the world you live in and the world you wish you would live in, also ask yourself who is Jesus and why and how christianity has survived all 2000 years.

In all my years on this planet I have concluded that people will believe what they want to believe. If you want to see something bad enough, and look for it hard enough you will find it, and it will be real to you ( this also applies to Atheists).
I personally think it takes as much faith to believe in nothing as it does to believe in anything, and when it comes down to the rock solid bottom of things arguing either way is pointless and counter productive.
Believe it or not Atheism is as much a belief system as any world religion my suggestion is to stop preaching and get on with living you own life, leaving others to live there's.

yea i cant prove god exists but i do know that

jesus existed (more than one religion acknowledge him being alive)

islamic christian and jewish all are connected and beleive in the same god, didnt know that did you

excorcism, explain that scientifically

do you honestly think that these religions were just... formed by some random guy that said "hey, god exists" no. all religions were started by prophets

and last of all. its a fact that the universe does infact end, and there is an entire world outside the universe that no one can ever imagine, heaven possibley?

so what some things in the bible arent exactly 100 percent factually true. its because it wasnt meant to be. its a poetic representation of what happened. and even if the bible wasnt true that doesnt mean their isnt a god.

1] Experimentation and Documentation shouldn't be needed to prove one's religion. Although the Bible is a written text.

It is also a testimony to share with one another about the good and greatness of god. Who created the Earth, Moon, and stars???

Evolution is a bias thesis and no other SCIENCE can prove that it was created by the "Big Bang Theory". You don't have to see to believe. You believe with your heart.

But I get what you are saying. Christianity is a majority religion and I myself am a Christian.

I guess I would have to say, (not proof wise) that I do not believe that Christianity does NOT exist. I am a living example. When my mom was pregnant with me, the doctor told her to abort because he was afraid that my mother would die in the process because of a medical condition. Not only that, she prayed and believed that she would birth a healthy child...and she did.

I heard his voice also. Believe it or not. I guess you have to have that personal relationship. The Bible is there for a reason.

I'm not preaching to you or anything. I'm just sharing my experiences.

2] What keeps me from having faith in another religion say...Buddahism, is because they worship an idol. A ficticious idol to be exact. If it is your religion, peace be with you. I do not judge. I just have faith in God, who died for my sins. I have been brought up in the church. If I hadn't been brought up in the church and say my parents were...Muslim, I would still turn to Christianity because I feel that Jesus completes me as a whole. I don't want to sound corny or anything but...that's just how it goes.

3] I still don't believe it doesn't exist BUT... Atheism is a religion that does weaken my heart to an extent. Going without faith and having no path to walk on to direct you in times of need and in times of confusion. I do feel sorry for the followers of this religion.

Chrisitanity does have something to offer, and that is God. There may BE hundreds of religions out there and hundreds of people who follow them but at the end of the day, it all depends in whether or not HEAVEN is a place you want to go and whether or not you will be prepared for judgement day and officially TURN YOURSELF OVER TO GOD. Because it is he who loves you, created you, and is still WAITING for you to let him in your heart.

What do you mean by shades??? Are you referring to ethinicity or race??? If so, why should that be a problem?? Come as you are.

I hoped this helped you.

God Bless.

Everybody wants to put a title on their religion. You got Methodist, Catholic, Baptist, AME, Atheists.... All I know is God the Father, The Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I don't care about anybody proving to me if He is real or not because I feel him in me, I walk and talk with Him on a daily basis, He's my Keeper, He's my Teacher, My Savior, My Confidant, My Beginning & My End. To say that there are others religions is to say that there are others God and I only know one He is the Way, The Truth and The Light.

No it wouldn't matter, it doesn't cost me anything to believe and any donations I make go to the upkeep of the school and church and the poor, so that's all fine by me.
Atheist's are just trying to recruit people in monkey worship and I really can't believe that or the fish thing.

But don't feel bad if you don't believe and still live a good life you will be excepted anyway. The book of Job tells us that.
Though God does give us something to believe in rather then just rotting in the ground.

Isn't it funny that the very people who say God doesn't exist have their archiologists digging of the proof that he does, well at least their honest when they could have kept it to themselves.

Faith is a belief system that requires no proof. No one can prove or disprove the existence of God. That's fine with me. Only the final curtain, death, answers all questions....that's fine with me. I don't need proof to lead a good life, I live a good life everyday and in doing that, my spirit is ready for any eventuality.

You better off asking single question, but I'll have a drink anyways... Err I guess 3.

1. I'd be elated. but why stop at xtianity?
2. religion is not a prerequisite for good morals, neither is happiness. So I'd be happy.
3. Err I guess I don't have to answer this one. It's more of a diatribe than a question.
