Sometimes when im petting my new puppy my sister will sit on the couch and he'll go after her growling and its so funny cause his so small and its jus funny how he trie sto run up on people but i dont want my baby cousin to get hurt because he loves the puppy so how do i stop him

get him neutered that will make him less agressive
Neutering can be performed at any age over age 8 week
tell him No and punish him when he does something bad
socialize him with other people not just yourself so he will come to except your cousin

This is definitely not a funny behavior, but a potentially dangerous one. Tell him NO and put him on the floor every time he does this. Get some training for him now!

This is not a behavior you should find funny. He will get bigger, and it will continue, and probably get worse. Tell him 'no' and put him in some kind of "time out." (in his cage or in another room) for a few minutes. Let him know that growling at humans is UNACCEPTABLE. Good luck!
