Good question.
I guess I will try to be self effacing and say that I don't always. Think about it this way... do you respect peoples beliefs who deny that the holocaust ever happened? What about the beliefs that young girls should have parts of their genitalia removed? What about the beliefs that some people feel when they should restrict a woman's right to an abortion?
So no, I don't respect all beliefs and I think that is a good thing.
Since you asked this in R+S... I respect peoples religious beliefs the way I respect a mans opinion when he thinks his wife is beautiful.
Yet I try to remind myself to behave and not ridicule people. I'm not always good at it, but I try.

I respect other people, and acknowledge their right to have a differing belief. I do not respect all other beliefs though.

I may respect other people, depending on who they are.
If I do not know them at all I will grant them a certain respect by default.
But sometimes it is necessary to respect a person rather than their beliefs.

Yes I do
However I have noticed that many people of strong religious convictions feel they have been disrespected if I express beliefs different from theirs.
There is a big difference between disagreement and disrespect.

I respect the fact that everyone believes what they do because of their life's experiences, and what they've been presented with thus far.
So no, I don't look down on people of other beliefs

I like to think so. At least, I don't make fun of other beliefs, and I have many friends who don't share my views on religion.
