i don't think it really means anything except that he likes younger girls. i don't really find a problem with that.. since it's only a 7 year old age difference but if it were a 50 year old man and a 20 year old girl that just wouldn't be right. as long as the two are happy with each other, i don't think age really matters. unless the guy is a veeeery old, rich man, haha.

when did 20 become a young girl? women age faster than men so you are well on your way to being over the hill. when you hit 30, you will be old. young girl usually implies 14 or so. if you were 13 and he was 20, well that's a different story. but 20 and 27 , there are 20 year old women running businesses and would have a problem with you referring to them as young girls, your immaturity at 20 is not Representative of most 20 year old women.

I find it funny that today I keep seeing questions posted like this..... men dating younger girls and women dating younger men.
This isnt anything new.....
My sisters in laws are 12 years apart with the mother in law being the elder. They are in there 70's and 80's.
I don't think its an issue unless either of the younger (male or female) is under age.

That's not that big of a difference. It's not the best situation, but if she was 20 and he was 40, that would be bad.
My 21 year old daughter is dating a 30 year old. I don't like it, but he seems like a decent guy and they get along well. So, c'est la vie. :)

there is nothing wrong with it. My best friend is dating a guy who's 7 years older than her. Big deal. As Allie would say, "age is a pain in the @ss number that makes us feel old." I agree. Don't sweat it at all.

susan, I never considered younger girls but then I fell in love with her purity ! But I am afraid our age difference will count me out ! After 22 years alone I can deal with the rejection !
