A warm, balmy brown a neutral green walls. Either blue/white bedding or green bedding with a botanical print on it (like palm trees). For accents, get seashells, colorful seaglass in a transparent vase/bowl as a focal point, and subdued colors. Get linen-colored candles. Lamps should be a soft, gray tone. The room should be inviting, cozy and calm.

Assuming all the frames are black I would punch up the room with red accents. Maybe hang all the pictures on a red wall ... use as a headboard effect with black and white comforter. Hot pink would also work and tone it down with grey.

Keep the walls off white but use the color for accents, maroon, or teal etc will accent the pics better and add flash to the room

why not try a warm grey on the walls and use an accent color (pink, red, lime green) for pillows and stuff.
