A good trainer who is used to working with dogs that are aggressive..
Is it fear or lack of socialization, or is the dog truly being aggressive?

Edit : That doesn't sound like an aggressive dog, that is a fearful and unsocialized dog. She needs more socialization around people, and off your property to different areas. You have created a fearful pup.. A fearful dog will bite more quickly than a dog that is truly an aggressive dog.

You should either find a trainer to help you, or you should sign up for some classes.. You need to get her out and around other people, and other dogs.. You need to help her build her confidence so that she isn't living a life of fear.. There is nothing sadder than a dog that is fearful their whole life.. Dogs should be confident and outgoing, strong and brave... Not fearful, shy, and nervous.. Get to work on helping that poor dog out!

Two things: You need to get him/her socialized around other puppies and dogs and get him/her into an obedience class so you can learn how to work his/her aggression issues in order to train the dog for appropriate behavior. I'd contact a local human society, shelter, or kennel to see if there's an obedience school around that does classes for puppies--these usually are pretty easy to find. Make sure the facility and the people that do the classes use positive training (positive reinforcement) only, as negative reinforcement (hitting, yelling, etc.)--besides just being bad for companion animals in general, could make your aggression problem worse. The earlier you get working on this the better. Your pup is right is the age where it's a bit normal to start testing limits, but also where behaviors if left unchecked can become habit, and then it's much harder to work on. Socialization and obedience. (The obedience will help with the socialization, too.) Oh, and if your dog is a male you need to get him neutered. There's no reason to keep a male intact unless he's AKC registered and you plan on showing (and championing) and breeding him. The neutering will aid with the aggression problems (but you'll still need the obedience class!!!). Best of luck to you, and hopefully you'll develop a loving and respectful relationship with your bulldog. :-)

Spay/Neuter the dog.

Realize that the breed was breed to guard (is this behavior happening around the house or on walks?) and that it's not a good sign that this is happening so early. Expect the behavior to get worse as the dogs matures through adolescence.

Seek the help of a trainer that is experienced with the breed and one who uses positive reinforcment. You can do a trainer search here: www.apdt.com Don't do it yourself as that's huge liability it your dog bites a stranger.

Walk your dog on a gentle leader head collar and teach your dog a good sit and watch me. You can cue sit/watch me when strangers are near.

Punishment will likely make the dog more aggressive and/or fearful.

keep it on a leash when other people are over... if you dont want to do that, keep aspray bottle near and every time it growls spray it with water... dogs dont like it... try an obedience class if she still exhibits bad behavior or ask your vet for advice

well have you sought out behavior classes for him or her ? that would be the first step and then after the classes if still no better then you need to muzzle it untill the problem is corrected if ever . good luck.
