im thinking tofu is very low in calories and has protien

which will help with my diet i hope?

do i have to fry the tofu to eat it

because i hear tofu tastes good with ever thing?

i want to replace baloney in the snadwiches i at for lunch

also any other ideas i do with tofu

yes tofu is packed with protein and is low fat
i just tried this yesterday and it was so good
you need -
300g of tofu
1 onion
1 1/2 cups of brown rice,cooked
2 eggs
half a cup of bread crumbs
2 medium zucchinis, cut fine
you mash up the tofu, add all the other ingredients
heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil
take the tofu mixture and make them into patties then put them in the pan, they only take a few mins each side
serves 4 people

you could just go to any chinese restaurant (not american-chinese, actual chinese) and order something with tofu in it. That way you can find something that you like and you'll be able to learn new ways to eat tofu. Most dishes are pretty good.

you can fry it with pan spray (avoid adding extra calories)
put it in omelet
make shakes in blender adding juices, milk, flax oil, honey, fruit etc.
put it in salads
you can basically put it in any food you make
