How much can one heart take before it breaks?

My man & I have went through a whole lotta stuff in the past, mainly my fault, I was'nt such a good girl @ first because I thought he was'nt serious about me.But through time ,we were the best make-up/break couple OAT.It was pretty preditable when we would cool off, & realized how much we still wanted eachother.He taught me what Love was.Not any kind,He showed me what devotion was.I'm grown into him.He's grown into me.That's all I know,or wanna know.He tells me He loves me,but he used to show it,I used to know that he wanted just me,but know I don't know it. It feels like he's almost just keepin' me around because I'm something he's used to.But like any pesron,what you're used to soon becomes boring,so you find something new.First it's chillin' with the homies,to not answering at all, then whenever I ask about it ,He wants to trip about it.Bringing up old stuff ( of course about what I've done wrong)& how I'm trippin.I caught his *** cheatin.lastnite.how F***'d up is that?Y is luv hate

look i have gone threw loosing 2 kids in an 8 month period. lost my husband the day before our daughters funeral....so i have to keep living for my son and myself.....ya my heart is broken but i have to keep strong and move on and only think about my other 2 kids...

No, love isn't hate...but love is like a series of tests requiring increasingly more complex efforts to make it work. You negotiated one hurdle that made you grow into a more mature love than what you started out with. Then you had a plateau stage to enjoy what you'd just created. Now it's time for another test.When you successfully negotiate that you'll get another plateau to enjoy that triumph before the next test starts. That's the good news. The bad news is, you can lose ground too if you're not careful by hanging on to the past and harboring resentments (bringing up old stuff, etc)
