To satisfy a craving in a hurry butter a salad plate, cover with choc. chips, melt in microwave, cover with min. marshmallows, and back into microwave for 20 seconds. Cool slightly and eat. Pretty good when you are desperate for a sweet and don't want to go to the store or make a big production out of baking. You can add nuts to the choc. chips if you have any. Now you have Rocky Road!!!

The molten chocolate cake is to die for. Is so warm and chocolatey. Cooks in the micro-wave for 1-2 mins. Let set for five minutes(if you can). Eat and enjoy. Can get these in bigger sizes now for more then one person. Yumm-o

I saw this on Rachel Ray.

Ice Cream Sandwiches:
1 package of chocolate covered graham crackers
1 pint of your favorite ice cream, slightly softened

lay out 2 rows of graham crackers on a cookie sheet

place one scoop of ice cream (using a small scoop) on a graham cracker then place another graham cracker on top of the ice cream, making a sandwich, you may have to push down on the top cracker to get the ice cream to stick to the cracker

once you have made all the sandwiches, pop them cookie sheet in the freezer for about 10 min

Use instant chocolate pudding. Layer pan with graham crackers, add one box mixed pudding. Add second layer of graham crackers and second box of mixed pudding. Top with layer of graham crackers. Put in fridge to set the pudding and soften the crackers. Can cut into squares to serve or just spoon out and top w/whipped cream. Can also use one layer vanilla and one chocolate.
