Lay down in a cool, dark room. Try a cold compress on your forehead or the back of your neck. Take a nap. I find that headaches usually are gone after I wake up.

Have something with caffeine - a Coke, coffee, chocolate. The reasoning behind that is the caffeine dilates your blood vessels, which is supposed to lessen the pain.
Otherwise, I find that lying down helps.

i'm not sure if this helps but probably chew gum, eat blueberries, don't drink so much cold or eat cold stuff (ex: ice cream ice cold water/beverages), and just sleep more, or call the doc!!! or probably maisage ur temples. or relax, like ata spa or just ask someone 2 strech/maisage u!!! and probably drink some tea it wil refresh u (n also keep u awake!)

there is a pressure point inbetween veins in your rst.. press your rist firmly and try to feel im between your veins.. works for me
