I know breakfast is important for weight loss (revvs metabolism), but if you aren't really hungry when it's time for breakfast should you wait, skip it, or eat anyway?

EAT IT!!!!! you gotta jump start your metabolism. start with a bowl of cereal (special K with berries is awesome) and add some of your own fruit. The more you workout or exercise the more hungry you will be in the morning. If you cant eat right when you wake up try some caffeine (black coffee) but try to eat within 1 hr of getting out of bed.

I'd say eat it anyway. At least eat something. Not eating breakfast can slow your metabolism, which means you burn less calories throughout the rest of the day. Do you think it's a good idea to eat nothing from dinner to lunch the next day? Eating small but frequent meals promotes weight loss, plus if you eat breakfast you'll have more energy throughout the day. Some people are not in the habit of eating breakfast so it might just take some getting used to. You can try to wait a while to see if you're hungry or try doing something before you eat breakfast.

Eat anyway. I know many people can't eat in the morning. You train your body for that. Eat breakfast anyway even if you are not hungry and after some time you will start feeling hungry and the need to eat breakfast regularly.

I always wake hungry and have to eat something. Also don't eat much before the bed. Eat just as much that you aren't hungry anymore and drink some liquid.

I would still have something, you could have a banana or apple - that'd be one of your five a day and will give you an energy boost at the same time. Sometimes I have Special K in the morning and chop an apple or banana up to go on top and that's a really quick way of getting a bit of fruit in. Hope this helps : )

First you should regulate your eating times.
Second you should drink first one glass of distilled water 8oz then drink one 8oz of veggie juice wait 15 minutes and drink one 6oz of OJ heavy on the balk (OJ concentrate with only one can of distilled water mix). This will give the bulk you need. DO NOT USE TAP WATER. ITS LOADED WITH CHEMICALS THAT THE WATER PLANT PUTS IN IT TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD NOT GOOD FOR YOU.
This will carry you for up to 10 hours once you are adjusted.
If you believe you need a large amount balk than eat a seed product.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

You should eat anyways..even if it's something light.. a piece of fruit, a slice of toast, a boiled egg, some jell-o..just something to put in your stomach. Like you said..it's important to rev up your metabolism.

Eat something.... Even just a piece of toast or fruit. Otherwise, your metabolism is going to slow wayyyyyyyyyyyy down and you won't burn anything off.
