but I don't kno which to d/l. I know how to install it on my router but I just don't know which file to download for it.

Well from that page you normally will want to click on STABLE and the click on the version that you want to get for your router. Since you didn't say which router that's about as close as I can get for you.

Download from the stable folder. Get v23 SP2. See http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/What_is_DD-WRT%3F#File_Versions to see which one you want.
Generally, you should read the wiki to make sure there are no incompatibilities between your router and the version you want to download.
It's a bit confusing, so ask on their forums if you aren't sure.
