Are you seriously asking that question?? Ew, of course it isn't "okay!" Yeah, it might be late at night but you never know someone (or more than one person) COULD see you, but you may not KNOW they saw you. Who knows they could think you're some molester or something! Oh and what if you got pulled over by a cop when you were driving and you were nude then? Ohhh, you'd be in some deep, major trouble, and it'd be wayyy awkward! Besides, if you were just outside nude around ur neighborhood or sumthing, no u wouldn't be hurting ppl physically, but if ppl saw you, ohhhh you'd be hurting them mentally big time. No one wants to see any part of you w/o clothes. Ugh, what a question

I don't really have a problem with non-sexual nudity, but there's a flaw in your assumption that 'no one' can see you. As long as it's a public place, you can't be sure of this. There may not be many people out and about late at night, or in a secluded area of the woods, but there could always be someone walking along. After all, you are there, are you not?
One could even argue that going nude in a secluded place is more likely to cause alarm since it'd scare others more; if I saw a nude person at the mall at noon I really couldn't care less but if I were walking along late at night and no one else was there but me & the nude guy, I'd worry he was a pervert or rapist or in any other way *did* want something sexual.

I see no problem with public nudity am all for it I see nothing wrong with non sexual public nudity. do as you wish if discreet and others around you are ok with public nudity
being nude in public is being nude in front of ppl "the public "
there are rule of decency and lewdness that are all over the place in this country that makes it a offense to nude outdoors in public, but that is not say you can't be if no one see you.
you always have the option of going to a nude beach or nude resort where everyone is nude so it is legal at certain nude beaches and definately on private lands as far as am aware of. but lets say go grocery shopping or getting a fill up at the gas station or just strolling along the street would no be allowed

Well, public nudity is illegal pretty much everywhere - be aware you'd be taking a legal risk, and depressingly enough, risking sex offender status in the event of a conviction.
It's hard to fathom why that would be wrong though, or why anyone should be bothered by it. Simply, no one's being hurt, so what's the harm in it?
There are nude beaches and nudist resorts and campgrounds where you can be nude in public, nonsexual environments where everyone is of a like mind. You can use AANR's web site to find one closest to you.

In some states it illegal in others is fine, Some states you can be arrested for indecent exposure. But i see nothing at all wrong with it, as long as your not hauling out your junk while your buying fruit at walmart or somewhere very public where children can see.

Well, if a tree falls in the forest and no one's around to hear it does it make a sound? It seems pretty benign to me, but be careful to consider the random elements....nothing works ALL the time.
