Well Duh! It's called 'Alice in Wonderland'. You fall down into a hole where insanity reeks and you believe everything you see. You follow a white rabbi through this wonderland of 'make believe' (make them believe!Fill the pews! Bring in the money!) and are told from two saints -Twiddly Deep and Twiddly Dumb that this IS the right path. By then you're pretty sure it's all real and true until the flowers begin to talk to you and its all too much so you get stoned with a catapillar which totally freaks you out and you become paranoid of every little thing you eat, drink, do/be and have (sins). So you eat with the Mad Hatter at the Last Supper but that turns into hell. You even watched the Cheshire cat dissappeart and re-appear before your very eyes (but still don't get it), yet, still, you go on. Finally, you meet the Almighty Queen of Hearts at the pearly gates who only wants to chop your head off for being so misled and are chased back down the path in hopes you find you way out of the land of 'make believe'. Now you're back in reality and can make your own decisions.

Christians do NOT set dates as to when Jesus' retuen will be.How is Christianity a fairytale?
I have a question--if I tell people a woman kisses a frog and it becomes a prince--is that a fairytale?OK--If a teacher tells a classroom"Over MILLIONS of years a frog can turn into a man(AKA prince)"--Is that also a fairytale?Who has seen anything change from one animal into another? Were YOU there to see it?

It depends on whether you view the Bible as a novel or history book when you read it, but if you look real close it has actual times things happen in history, it gives the the lineage of actual people and their families and Jesus was a real man that walked this earth and performed miracles. So, if you were a smart person you would believe in Christianity and all it stands for.

Perhaps it sounds that way to you, to a real believer, it's the most beautiful music and most wonderful sights imaginable. And we can only experience such a small part of it now.
"No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him." -1 Corinthians 2:9
The more you love God, the more he reveals to you. My journey in Christ for the past 10 years may seem like a fairy tale, but it's all very real. I'm sorry you're missing out on so much because you refuse to believe.
It starts with that leap of faith that says, "I hunger to know the truth. I confess my sins to you and ask for your forgiveness. Give me new eyes to see and new ears to hear. Fill me with the Holy Spirit so I will no longer be spiritually blind." Then your fairy tale will come true.

Well it does sound like the original fairytales, before they were revised. They too were brutal and horrific.

In other words we are all living in a fairytale? Nothing is real? You look in the mirror and you are not real?

Yes it does sound like a fairytale. I agree 100%. That's why I didn't believe it. But then God changed my mind.
