He is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl less than six hours after being released from jail.
Six of the people arrested were Villa's relatives.

Well, that's pretty disgusting. Why can't we call for a popular vote on when these illegals begin deportation? I know there are mean people in every culture but this is one rape that should have been prevented! And could have been if not for the ridiculous way this country is handling the deportation of illegals. Now is the time. Although this bas*ard would be raping somewhere else, he should definitely be in prison and you know how much the prison population loves child molesters! Just end to his dirty life!
