this guy I like is a really busy guy at work and despite that he always finds time to IM with me and stays connected all day in case I need to chat to him for anything. Do u think he fancies me?

it sure sounds like it hun, but this is YOUR opinion of things.... he might be telling a different story.... my idea would be same as everyone elses ask him if he fancies a coffee at lunchtime in a quiet but busy place....McDonalds is NOT the place lol lol... online relations are very different to life relations.... I am not saying that they CANNOT work, just make sure before you fall hook line and sinker for this guy.... you might not be THE ONLY ONE he is talking to sweetie and to have an infatuation with someone at work and trying to work at same place is mental torture you do not need.... This would depend on what he says in the IM. But for a long term relationship I would suggest meeting him somewhere else to talk. Many companies are checking the work computers for this type of "time waste" and he may be seeking another position if caught.
Note: If you do meet, in the future, do it in a very public place.

but i think you should get to know him more (unless u already do) tlk to him more, and see what type of guy he is, because what soem guys like to do is talk to you, act like theyre into u, then one day all of a sudden you mite not see him get on IM all the time, or he wont write you like all the time . if that happns then it could mean that he "thinks" your easy prey and he's going to move on, so when you tlk to him dont be all ovr him, do a little of playing hard to get .if he thinks ur easy hell move on, and dont be too surprised that hes always on trying to tlk to u, it could just be him trying to make u think that he really really likes u, i may be wrong, but just make sure, boys play games like that/

finds time, how slow do you think guys are, if he is connected, he moves his mouse, clicks it and types a few words, that doesn't take minutes, more like seconds. don't read a bunch into it, flirting online is easy, that face time is when it becomes tough. which he may never move to that level. he isn't under your spell yet and may never be.

That is when you can really get a chance to get to know him, if he takes you out and if you meet him face to face.
Ask him next time he IM's you, if he is going to meet you face to face!!
Tell him you would like to see him for your own eyes.
