I thought I had done major damage to my lower back when it hurt like the dickens. Turns out it was muscle spasms. See a doc and find out.

You could have a problem with a disc or a trapped nerve.

You need to see your doctor who should be able to provide treatment and if necessary tests. eg x-ray.

get to a doctor asap , sounds like you have pinched a nerve or ruptured a disc ... or worse ....

I know ... I had to have back surgery a while back and I had the same symptoms !

Could be pinched nerve. Also could be kidney stones. You should see your doctor ASAP. Neither one is something to put off. Good luck. :)

drink plenty of water.ibuprofen can help. i take advil for it.
