Yeppers! In fact all citrus fruit juice will work. Once when I was making a peach pie and didn't have any lemon juice and I was not able to go and buy any at the time I used some orange juice and put the sliced peaches in the oj and they looked beautiful by the time I put them in the pie. The other plus side of using oj is that it was lightly peach flavored when I drank it!
