Try drinking more water. It's amazing how many things that can solve. Not having enough water in the system is the cause of fatigue in an astoundingly high number of people. I can honestly atest to that, too. When I started college, I determined that I would really, truly do my best to drink eight glasses of water a day. It was amazing how much better I felt and how much more energy I had. Unfortunately, I have sense broken that habit...it's really one that I should pick up again...

Try going to bed earlier. Ensure u get a good night's sleep - darkened room, open window if poss. so room not too hot, possibly a milky drink on going to bed to relax u. No TV or alcohol last thing co they keep ur brain going. Hope this helps.
